No Refund Policy with Replacement Option for Astrology Services and Products

It's important to note that we do not offer cash refunds for any of our services, including consultations in various formats, or products. All customers and clients acknowledge and accept this no refund policy at the time of purchase. We firmly stand behind the practice and value of our offerings and believe in the expertise that goes into each service and product.

For digital services, courses, and subscription plans, the no refund policy remains in place, and we encourage clients to explore and engage with our content to gain the maximum benefits.

However, we understand that, in rare cases, a physical product may arrive damaged. In such instances, we are pleased to offer a replacement for the damaged product. Please notify our support team within 1 day of receiving the damaged product. The damaged product must be returned at the cost of the purchaser, and we will arrange for a replacement after an assessment of the damage is conduncted.

Additionally, in the case of damaged physical products we can offer you a gift card to the value of 50% of original purchase, which you can use for future purchases on our website.
